Return & Refund Policy

We offer replacements if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at our email address if you have questions or concerns about the product or your order.

You can get a full refund if the product hasn’t been used or opened (less shipping costs). We always replace any damaged packages as per company policy.

In order to receive a refund for your order if you receive a package that contains a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us and email images of the package’s condition within one or two weeks of the package’s receipt.

  1. At the time of delivery, the product is expired or has less than 15% of its shelf life remaining. This should be verified by providing relevant images.
  2. In all of the above-mentioned grievance settlement cases, a refund or replacement will be provided based on the customer's preferences.
  3. If a specific product or order cannot be shipped/delivered due to shipping restrictions to the customer's delivery pin code, the customer is also entitled to a refund.
  4. In all other circumstances, kindly take note that we will not be able to accept returns and will do our best to resolve any issues or grievances. Please be aware that since taste and smell are subjective experiences, we will not be able to materially address any concerns that may relate to them.
